Client Company

Our client is a British retailer which specialises provide a range of clothing for mums-to-be, babies and pre-school children, together with home and travel products and toys tailored to the local market. It operates on the high streets and out of town in UK, and its overseas franchise business currently operates through 220 stores in 19 countries, primarily in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

Position: Planning Analyst

Key Accountabilities

- Define and identify production capacities available in conjunction with sourcing managers
- Understand and document future business requirements on a rolling 3 year plan in conjunctions with sourcing team and heads of
- Identify variances and highlight gaps to sourcing team
- Agree actions to resolve gaps with sourcing team highlighting any deficiencies to Head of
- Ongoing monitor actual vs capacity booked, highlighting variations to sourcing manager/head of
- Management and ongoing reporting of SLA’s – Sourcing to HO/HO to Sourcing

- Relates easily to and communicates effectively with a diverse set of people
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Demonstrate an attention to detail
- Good time management, ability to meet deadlines & work to a critical path
- Good co-ordinating & influencing skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in different ways depending on requirement, i.e. instructing, directing, collaborating

Experience
- 5-6 years in a planning role
- Proven capability in managing a small team and have worked with overseas teams
- Experience in working with sourcing offices overseas

Education
- Relevant experience

System Skills
- MS office (excel, word, outlook)
